The Weather

Learning goal: We are learning to write a descriptive text.

Success criteria: We can do this when We can use describing  words.

Today is a very hot day. The fiery sun makes me tired and sleepy and sweaty. So I drink lots of water. I play under the tree and I can hear the leaves rustling. I can see the birds gliding across the blue sky.

My Trip To the Beach

Learning goal: We are learning to write a descriptive text.

Success criteria: We can do this when We can use describing  words.

My family and I went to the beach.

 We ran into the water. I was dancing and splashing in the warm water. The waves crashed on the sand. My mum bought strawberry ice cream and it was yummy.

We had a great day.
